Is there a minimum amount of Baby Biz Cards I can order?
You will receive a set of 100 Baby Biz Cards with each order. You may order as many sets as you wish.

On what kind of paper are the Baby Biz Cards printed?
Baby Biz Cards are the standard business card size of 3.5" x 2". The paper stock we use is amongst the finest available. It is a 15pt. card stock coated both sides with a satin matte finish and can grow to an impressive 16pt. card with the glossy U/V coating applied.  You may select a FREE glossy U/V or satin matte finish on either side.

How long does it take to get my Baby Biz Cards?
Once you place an order, you will receive a digital proof usually within 48 hours. Once you approve the proof, it will take about 5 to 7 business days until the order is ready to ship. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground and will take 2-3 days to arrive to you. We do our best to provide you with quality and fast service, but sometimes it will take a little longer to get your Baby Biz Cards to you when our workload is particularly heavy.

Do I get a proof before my Baby Biz Card is printed?
Yes. You will receive a digital proof of your Baby Biz Cards through e-mail. Any changes can be made at that time, and a revised proof will be sent. Once you approve the proof, it is final and goes to print. We encourage you to carefully check the proof for any mistakes, as we are not responsible for any errors once the proof is approved.

I'm in Canada. Can I still order Baby Biz Cards?
Yes. However, you will be subject to shipping costs of US $5 for ground service.

Can I get my Baby Biz Cards in another language besides English?
Yes. Let us know what language you want when you order the Baby Biz Cards, and you must provide us with a copy of all the text in that language.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept personal checks and credit cards/check cards displaying the Visa or Mastercard logo.

Can I cancel my order?
Completed orders are non-refundable. You can cancel up to the proof approval stage with no penalty, but once the proof is approved, your order cannot be cancelled.
